Terms & Conditions

All information given in this website is based on the information available. The company reserves to change any information or Itinerary published through this website. Terms and conditions are applicable only to those tourists who enter a contract with Neekke Worlds for the purpose of tour. It is presumed that the tourist has read/accept all the terms & conditions published by the company time to time, before commencement of tour.

BOOKING :

We suggest planning your trip before 125 days( advance railway reservation prior 120 days). It is mandatory to pay Advance of Rs 5000/- Per head while advance booking of tour. The amount for assistance for Rail/Air booking has to be paid fully. Balance amount should be cleared 15 days before commencement of the tour. Booking preference will be as per First come First basis. Any increase of fair in railway/air or bus( due to increase in fuel charges), hotels after finalization of tour has to borne by the tourist only.

BOOKING PAYMENT:

Our Company accepts booking payments by Cash/Cheque or Demand Draft. We also accept payments through transfer from bank directly. After transferring the required amount to our account its mandatory to inform about your payment to office immediately. You can also mail the receipt of payment to us.

CANCELLATION :

We reserve the right to change the departure date or cancel a departure due to lack of passengers. The company should not be held responsible for any tickets purchased or booked in advance. Passengers are responsible for the adherence of time at all stages of tour. In the event any tourist misses on any part of the sightseeing or any such tour to delay on his/her part he/she will not be entitled to claim refund of the same.

If the tourist cancels the tour the cancellation charges will be deducted from refund as below

INCIDENTALS/OCCASIONAL EXPENSES :

All occasional expenses and incidentals such are boating, entry fees in museums, art gallery, airport tax, custom duty(Nepal tour), fees for poojas, Jungle safari , rope way, horse riding , doli, auto rickshaw charges are not included in the tour cost. These are to be borne by the tourist. All expenses of food in railway journey including drinking water have to borne by the customer. Approximate details of these expenses will be briefed at the time of get together.

RAILWAY :

The Company does not have any control over the Rail/Air authorities. We only suggest/provide information for booking of railway tickets.But the company cannot be held responsibility for non-availability of the choice and class preferred.The Indian railways do not provide any separate quota for Travel Company. It is requested not to expect any quota in rail booking. The travel company did not possess any control over railway booking. Photo Id is compulsory for all reserved classes.

The customer can book tickets at their own through railway’s website www.indianrail.gov.in or www.irctc.co.in. And the booked ticket’s information has to be given to the company within 8 days.

Tatkal Tickets :

Bookings of Tatkal tickets are opened prior to 24hrs of the journey. Company suggests planning your trip before 120 days and opting for tatkal in case of no other alternates. In tatkal bookings very strict norms has issued by railways. So the availability or choice of class and tickets can not be guaranteed. No concessions are applicable for tatkal bookings.

While opting for tatkal bookings copy of passengers I-card ( PAN Card, Driving Licencse, Voter I card, Govt I card bearing number) is compulsory. And the original of the same has to produced while journey. Any deviation in this will cause to penalty from railway authorities. The company will not be responsible for the penalty & consequences.

Those who are availing senior citizen concession ( Female 58 years and above-50%, Female 60 years and above-40% concession )should keep along the valid proof for age with them while on journey. Similarly for concessions availed for children (5 to 11 years- 50%concession) also should produce age proof if demanded.

If customer desires our company will assist to book tickets through authorized railway agents for which service charge has to be paid by the tourist. Our company is authorized e-booking agent of INDIAN RAILWAYS.

BUS :

We provide 2X2 luxury buses for sight seeing and local transfers. Seats are allotted as per booking on first come first basis. No rotations of seats are allowed in the tour. Classification of Bus(A/C or Non A/c) is mentioned in the tour programme. No up gradation or changes will be done while on tour. In cases of smaller groups vehicles will be provided accordingly.(Traveler or Innova). The company reserves the right for the choice of vehicle.

We are authorized booking agents for all major airlines. Facility is available for booking domestic and international air tickets. Air tickets are booked online. The fares may vary at any time. Possibility is there of change in fares in between enquiry and final booking. The customer has to pay the rate at the time of final booking.

If there is any change or delay in the flight schedule the same will be intimated to the passengers mobile number by the airlines. The tour company cannot be held responsible for these changes. The company will only assist to change or take new tickets, if priory intimated to the company. The extra fare if any has to be borne by the passenger.

If the customer desires he can book the air ticket themselves. And the booked tickets information has to be given to the company within 8 days. We do not charge any service charge for the air tickets booked through our company.

Our company provides pick up & drop facility for the customers up to airport & hotel free of charge. For this Non A/c vehicle is provided.

Baggage of 15 kgs/person is allowed. Extra baggage’s will be charged as per airline company’s rules.

For the customers who choice air/rail journey other than prescribed in the company’s itinerary and joins the tour at their choice, the rate of transfer to hotel from airport/railway station has to be borne by the customer only. This will be applicable in case of return journey also.

The tour cost does not include the air fare. Complementary free air journey from Bhairava is included in the Nepal Tour.

Between the tour in case of delay of train or any other mode of transportation to reach the airport before the CHECK IN time the company shall not be held responsible. Cancellations and reissue of tickets as per availability will be borne by the passenger only.

LOSS/DAMAGE :

We only arrange tours. The company does not own any of the hotels, vehicles or any other services provided in the tour. Company shall not be responsible for any changes in the services by the provider. Company is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the stay in the hotel or while travelling in the coach or bus. Due to theft or loss of baggage, tourist can lodge a complaint with the local authorities on his/her sole discretion, cost risk and consequences. The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, Loss, Baggage loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity which may occur while in tour, weather conditions, strikes, war, riots, embargo, terror attacks, coup strike, acts of GOD, natural calamities, acts of Government or any other such circumstances.

LTC/LFC :

We provide necessary certificates to claim under LTC/LFC for state government employees only.

MEDICAL FACILITIES :

It shall be the duty of the tourist to inform the company any medical condition that affects the enjoyment of the tour or group. We suggest choosing tours as per medical conditions. Company may ask the tourist to provide medical certificate in condition prevails. Company provides First-Aid only. Any medical expenses occurred beyond this to be borne by the tourist. Company shall not be held responsible for any loss of life

HOTELS :

We have taken care to select hotels which are convenient and comfortable to you so that you can enjoy the tour. All hotels are ‘A’ grade, well furnished and equipped with modern amenities. A/C rooms will be allotted as per commitment only. In any failure of A/C company shall not be held responsible. Rooms will be allotted on twin sharing basis. Preference will be given to family. Family can keep children from 5 to 11years in their room. For which extra sleeping mattress only will be provided. At any cost separate Cot will not be provided.

In case of Single tourist the company will take effort to provide partner. If no partner is available till the commencement of tour the tourist has to pay extra 40% fare of tour cost. If no partner is available Single tourist has to adjust with the room partner allotted by the company. If individual accommodation is required the customer has to pay 40% extra of the tour cost at the time of booking itself. There will not be choice of option in the tour.

Local /STD/ISD calls and any extra services obtained from hotels have to be paid the tourist
Company shall not be responsible for malfunctioning of any services provided by the hotel or any dealing done with hotel staff. Laundry facility is available in majority of hotel for which charges are to be paid by the tourist.
The company generally accommodates the entire group in one hotel only. Due to any unavoidable circumstances the alternate arrangements done by hotel in any hotels has to be accepted by the tourists.

MEALS :

We provide vegetarian food prepared by our own kitchen throughout the tour. Bed Tea, Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner with mid time snacks and tea (3 times) will be served by the company. For the tourist observing religious fast separate food will be served on prior intimation. Bed Tea will be served between 5.30 am to 6.00am. Breakfast will be served between 7 to 8am. Lunch timing will be approximately at 1.00pm. Dinner will be served between 8 to 9pm.Unlimited lunch and dinner will comprise of two curries, Rice and Dal, Pickle, Papad, Salad, Custard milk, Roti/Fulke/Chappati. Sweet and fruits (as per availability) will be served along dinner or lunch daily. Company is not in capacity serve sugar free sweets on tour. For the tours commencing and concluding outside Pune (ie from Aurangabad,Mumbai.Manmad etc) the food and drinking water up to boarding point has to arranged by the tourist on their expense only. The expenses of food and drinking water in the train journey have to be borne by the tourist. Company’s kitchen operates from hotel (first stay to last stay) only. Food will be served at the dining space provided by the hotel. Request for room service will not be entertained.


Packaged good quality mid time snacks required for entire tour will be provided by the company. This will be handed over to customer at the commencement of tour.


Packaged drinking water will be served (maximum 3 ltrs a day) free of cost to every tourist.

LUGGAGE :

The Company suggests traveling with fewer luggages. The customer has to carry luggage their own while boarding and departing the train. The company takes responsibility to carry the luggage from starting point of Bus( Out side railway station) to drop point only. Customer can take the assistance of porter/coolie at railway station for which the charges have to be borne by the customer.

SHOPPING :

Our tour manger only guides for shopping in the tour. It is only the choice of tourist to purchase or not. The tour manager or company shall not be responsible for any such dealing. In case of any non-delivery of purchases done by V.P.P contact numbers provide by the shops/sender. Our tour leader/staff shall not be responsible for any such non-delivery.

CONDUCT :

All tourists should maintain decorum while on tour. Company can disqualify any of the member/tourist at any point of tour in the interest of tour and ceased from the group. In such cases NO REFUND and return travelling expenses will be given.

The tourists have to maintain the time instructed by the tour leader for breakfast, dinner& lunch. Any inconvenience because of late coming will be tourists sole responsibility. Similarly this will be applicable for sightseeing as well as marketing.

GET TOGETHER :

The Company arranges get together of all participants of the tour. The itinerary and occasional expenses approximately will be explained to the tourists. Doubts if any or confusions have to be cleared there only. Then after any dispute with tour manger on tour will not be entertained and considered as mis-conduct.

TRANSACTIONS :

We urge you to not to make any financial transaction with any of the staff without the knowledge of company in the tour. Any such transaction will be sole responsibility of tourist only. No complaints will be entertained in this regard.

SERVICE TAX :

The tour is subject to RBI/GOI rules & regulations. Every tourist has to pay Service Tax as per Government Instructions.

JURISDICTION :

The Company operates from Pune as its corporate office. Any disputes will be under jurisdiction of pune only.

GIVE YOUR DETAILS :

It is mandatory to provide the contact details, one passport size photo and copy of Photo ID of the passenger while booking the tour.

It is presumed that the Customer/Tourist/Passenger has understood the rules regulations of the company and the tour selected. And by signing the contract as tourist is accepting the rules applicable. After completion of tour any complaints (written or orally) will not be entertained by the company.
